We expect our products to last — and we back it that way.
90-Day Returns
Changed your mind? Return your OKP 7 within 90 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Sight must be in resalable condition, complete with all parts and packaging.
- No restocking fee. Return shipping is on us.
- Start your return at [returns form link] — we'll email a prepaid label and RMA number. Refunds land in 5–7 business days after we receive it.
Lifetime Warranty
Every OKP 7 is covered for life against defects in materials and workmanship. If it fails under normal use, we repair or replace it.
- Transferable — the warranty follows the sight, not the buyer. Buy it used, get it as a gift, it's still covered. No original receipt needed; we track coverage by serial number.
- We pay shipping both ways on every valid warranty repair.
- Typical turnaround: 14–21 calendar days once it reaches our bench.
Covered: emitter/LED failure, optical defects, electronics and switch failures, housing and adjustment-mechanism defects — anything that fails under normal use.
Not covered: loss or theft, deliberate abuse or crushing, cosmetic wear, damage from unauthorized repair, and batteries. Outside warranty? We offer flat-rate repairs and always quote first.
Start a Repair
Submit a request at [warranty form link] with your name, contact info, serial number, and the issue. We'll send an RMA number and a prepaid label. Write the RMA number on the box, ship it, and we'll handle the rest — with email updates when it arrives and when it ships back.
